Service Desk Technician

Hours: 37.5 hours - Rota based to include some weekend work.
Location:  
Office based at Wetherby, LS22 7TW

Job Role: Working on the Service Desk, you will provide remote support to retail stores throughout the UK. This will be achieved mainly through phone support services. You will be responsible for the logging of service cases, handling them within defined response times and seeing them through to resolution. Typical tasks and activities in the role will include:

  • Using the service management system to handle the logging of service tickets.

  • Advising customers on operating procedures and incident resolution.

  • Monitoring system alerts and raising tickets to ensure compliance with service level agreements.

  • Reporting on support incident statistics and trends.
