Initially providing Crew Clothing with service desk support for MS Dynamics store systems, Retail Response recently secured the contract to provide in-store EPoS hardware support for Crew Clothing’s 80 stores from January 2016.

When faults cannot be resolved remotely, the Retail Response field team is on hand to provide in-store support seven days per week, fifty two weeks per year throughout the UK.
