In early 2015, Welcome Break undertook a review of its PoS and back office support service arrangements and identified a requirement for a cost effective provider with proven capability for delivery of high service standards. Due to their extensive experience of supporting systems in both the retail and hospitality sectors, Retail Response were selected to provide Welcome Break with a consistently reliable and cost effective on-site support service seven days per week throughout the year.
